Submit a diagnostic report

Run V9XTRACE.EXE straight after the problem happens, then attach the files from C:\V9XDIAG (V9XSNAP.INI or the newest V9XSNA?.INI, V9XTRACE.INI, V9XBOOT.INI, V9XHW.INI, V9XDD.INI, V9XGL.LOG). You will get a report code to quote when you open an issue.

Reports are private. They contain your Windows and DirectX version, display hardware IDs, installed display drivers, Velocity9x settings and the names of programs that used 3D since boot. No IP address is stored.
