So I've been looking for a program that does support tickets, news, assets etc for my clients. I also required some integration with Kaseya as I use this program for all my automation of patching/scripting/remote control etc

There was nothing good in my price range, so I wrote my own.

My graphics designer did an awesome job with the interface, so I'm very happy.

New Domain

It's time for a different domain for my personal blog. I'm trying to seperate my work, personal and project sites.

So once finished it should look like:

• bluetrait.com/org for Bluetrait projects
• dalegroup.net/net.au for my business website
• michaeldale.com.au for my personal blog

It might take some time for me to actually split bluetrait.com out and I'll need to make sure all the links keep working etc but it will happen.

On another note I've been meaning to release a newer version of Bluetrait Money for download but I keep adding things to it :)

New Job

I have a new job at Digital Pacific (a sydney based web hosting company) as their Network Engineer.

I have only been there two days and my desk is already filled with networking gear :)

Everything is breaking!

So I've had an annoying week of stuff breaking for no reason.

• My desktop computer is getting some weird graphical interference. It seems to occur on either of my monitors at random intervals, yet it never happens on both. I've swapped the video card and tried different monitors, still not working! So I think it might be my motherboard, need to do some more playing around with it.
• My iPhone headphone connector no longer works, so I've got to get that swapped this week.
• I tried upgrading the ram in my MBP, but it looks like there is a compatibility problem with the ram. So it crashes all the time, grrr.
• And last my Amp just died! Luckily it is still under warranty so I've taken it back it to be fixed.

So yeah, no idea what is going on with all my stuff! Stupid technology, I should get out of IT

So I've finally got the confirmation that I am eligible to graduate.

So I have a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, awesome...

Looks like the owner of our current place in Annandale is selling. So we might need to start looking for another house....again! So sick of this!
